| 摘 要： | 中俄两国的自主招生制度从改革目标、时间跨度以及与财政的关系等方面都有较强的相似性,因此选取俄罗斯近35年的自主招生制度作为比较对象,从地域因素、面试制度和不良现象等三方面对中国和俄罗斯两国的自主招生公平问题进行了比较分析,总结了俄罗斯自主招生政策的特点及产生不公平的原因,提出中国需进一步完善自主招生政策,探索更有效的人才选拔机制和公平合理的选拔政策,以保障自主招生的公平。

| Abstract: | The independent college matriculation in China and Russia has a great deal in common in terms of reform goals,time span and finance.The paper compares the practices in these two countries and states the benefits and the negative aspects of independent matriculation as practised in both countries.The analysis of the Russian practice is intended to bring light to the Chinese practice in the future so as to ensure due justice for the students. |
