| 摘 要： | 外商大陆投资的区域布局应是中国大陆区域经济发展战略下外资产业与各区域区位优势、资源优势相结合的产业区域分布格局。但是,从中国区域经济战略变化与台资产业在大陆的区域布局关联情况看,台资在产业演进上遵循了经典理论逻辑,而在区域布局上则呈现出和国际经验与理论明显不符的现象。本文在总结台商大陆投资产业与区域非协调演进现象的基础上,从路径依赖、现实制约、台资特性三个方面分析了这种现象存在的原因,并相应构建了台资在大陆产业分工和区域分工耦合的动力机制。

| Abstract: | Foreign investment in mainland China should be in accordance with China's strategic considerations about the regional development and resource distribution,but in effect many Taiwanese investments,while following classical economic logic,axe defected by the incoherence between the investment and the regional economic demands.The paper analyses the Taiwanese investments in mainland China in three aspects:route dependence,actual restraint and unique features of the investment. |
