| 摘 要： | 西北乡村农牧民有序政治参与对国家安全、社会稳定、经济发展、公民人格塑造等方面具有独特的价值。研究西北乡村农牧民政治参与,必须在充分了解西部乡村基本情况的前提下,遵循现实原则、实践原则、内生原则、和谐原则。国家需要创造各种条件,不断扩大农牧民有序政治参与的途径。

| Abstract: | Farmer participation in the local politics is of great significance in the fields of state security,social stability, economic development and citizenship fostering,and a systematic nurturing of this kind of participation must be guided by principles such as realistic consideration of the farmers' abilities,feasibility of participation,intrinsic motivation and guarantee of stability.The government,on the other hand,also needs to provide adequate facilities for such participation. |
