| 摘 要： | 当今社会,行政委托已经成为行政法发展的一个趋势。同时,行政委托中也存在着许多不尽如意的地方。为规范行政委托,我们必须在完善一般行政监督机制的基础上,健全行政委托审查制度、建立费随事转制度、建构“披上行政主体面纱”理论,从而实现行政委托监督机制的创新。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, administrative consignment has been a trend in the development of administrative law. At the same time, the administrative consignment is not perfect. It has some flaws. In order to manipulate the administrative consignment, we must perfect the general supervision system on the administrative consignment. On the basis of it, we must perfect examination system of the administrative consignment, found the passing of costs system accompanying duty, and make the theory about covering the subject of administration veil. Thereby, we realize the innovation of the administrative consignment in supervision system. |
