| 摘 要： | 剩余价值理论是马克思的两大重大发现之一，也是马克思主义政治经济学的重要组成部分和理论基石。理论界对于社会主义社会是否存在剩余价值存在争议，马克思的剩余价值理论对于理解我国社会主义现代化建设中是否存在剩余价值、社会主义剩余价值和资本主义剩余价值的本质区别以及剩余价值如何分配等有着指导作用。

| Abstract: | The surplus value theory is one of the Marx＇ s two major discoveries and also an important part and a foundation stone of Marx＇ s political economic theory. There exists some controversy in theoretical circles over the existence of surplus value in socialist society. Marxist surplus value theory is of guiding significance to our understanding of whether or not surplus value exists in the building of socialist construction, what is the essential difference between the surplus value of capitalism and socialism and how to distribute the surplus value. |
