| 摘 要： | 唐太宗在位期间赦宥比较慎重,赦宥的次数不多且都赦出有因。唐太宗突出的慎赦思想同他高度的史鉴意识,自觉的法律意识,制法、守法、执法的思想相关,由此确立的完善严格的法律制度和由此形成的整个社会普遍的守法背景,也是太宗期间赦宥较少的深层原因。社会生产的发展和犯罪率的下降也是赦宥减少的条件之一。

| Abstract: | Tang Taizong was strict on giving absolution and only absolved for a very few times,and with good reasons.His thought about absolution was related to his historical consciousness,his sense of law,and his view on making,obeying and enforcement of law.Another reason for his strict absolution was the established complete and strict legal system and the thereby formed background of law compliance of the whole society.One of the factors causing his rare absolution was the decrease of crime rate due to the development of social production. |
