| 摘 要： | 本文从当前德育工作的被动性、外部环境带来的负效应及自身缺乏"免疫力"等方面分析了学校德育工作所面临的困境及其原因，并结合近年来笔者自身的工作实践，有针对性地提出了遵循育人规律、开展班风建设、提高德育工作实效的三方面目标措施，着重介绍了班风建设对德育工作突破的五点启示。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the troubles and causes caused by the passiveness of present moral education and negative effect from the outside world as well as personal lack of "immunity" which moral education faces.In this paper I also put forth the target measures to follow the law of educating students,to develop the class contruction and improve the actual effect of moral education.Five enlightenments are introduced to breakthrough the moral education in the class construction. |
