论高校辅导员队伍建设所面临问题及对策

思想认识上将辅导员工作与一般工作等同化，以及实践上对辅导员工作定位不够明确，是目前高校辅导员队伍建设中存在的突出问题。而由此导致的辅导员队伍年龄结构、知识结构的不尽科学合理，重事务性工作而思想政治教育功能相对弱化等倾向则制约着辅导员队伍专业化建设。从宏观管理政策、高校具体管理措施等不同层面优化辅导员队伍建设的政策、制度、机制环境，将有利于促进高校辅导员队伍的专业化建设。

On the Development of College Ideological Staff
