大学生心理压力量表的编制

本研究是对心理压力在文献检索和开放式问卷调查的基础上,编制了大学生心理压力量表。量表的因素分析结果表明：(1)大学生心理压力主要有3方面：一是校园生活压力,包括恋爱压力、人际压力、同居与性的压力、消费压力和适应压力；二是学业理想压力,包括生活乏味压力、目标不明压力和考试压力；三是自我成长压力,包括寻求自立压力和渴望沟通压力。(2)通过信、效度检验,大学生心理压力量表的理论维度结构合理,具有良好的信度,达到心理测量学的相关要求。(3)心理压力量表的各维度对大学生的心理健康水平具有良好的预测作用,可以作为评估大学生心理压力水平的有效测量工具。

DEVELOPMENT OF A PSYCHOLOGICAL STRESS SCALE FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS AND TESTING OF ITS RELIABILITY AND VALIDITY

Based on an overview of the available literature and open-ended questionnaire,a Psychological Stress Scale for College Students has been complied.Factor analysis has demonstrated that the psychological stress of college students is composed of three di- mensions.One is campus life pressure,including love,interpersonal relations,cohabitation and sex,consumption and adaptation;an- other is study and ambition pressure,including vapidity in life,uncertainty of aims and examinations;and the third is growth pressure, including pursuing independence and thirst for communication.Through testing,the theoretical dimensions have been shown to be ra- tional and to have good reliability and validity.It has good prediction of the mental heath level of college students and,therefore,can be used to assess their mental heath status.
