| 摘 要： | 以德治国方略中的干部道德建设的地位,因其强烈的政治性、巨大的影响力、鲜明的时代性显得十分重要.干部道德建设必须坚持集体主义原则,科学原则与主体原则,以把握基本价值取向,理性批判武器与人文精神.干部道德建设的内核机制、运行机制、保障机制的建设,分别通过对传统道德的扬弃,教育与培养、舆论导向与制度惩戒来实现.

| Abstract: | Because of its strong political nature,great influence and the spirit of the times,cadres' ethical building has an important place in the rule of virtue.In cadres' ethical building,it is essential to uphold the principles of collectivism,science and subject so as to grasp a basic value orientation,a rational critical weapon and the humane spirit,The building of its kernel mechanism,operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism is accomplished through the development or discard of traditional ethics,education and training,the orientation of public opinion and the discipline system. |
