| 摘 要： | 企业所得税的计算日趋复杂,如何准确计算企业所得税,是摆在财务工作者面前的一项艰巨任务。关于应纳税所得额的调整事项,对于应纳税所得额,必须切实掌握税法作出的一些特别规定;关于应纳所得税税前扣除项目的调整,应依据的基本原则为准予税前扣除的是纳税年度发生的与应税收入有关的所有必要和正常的成本、费用、税金和损失。
