我国养老保险制度现状及今后发展方向

我国养老保险制度建设虽然取得了一定的成绩,但仍存在着许多缺陷和不足,如基本养老保险制度覆盖面有限,基本养老保险保障程度有限,基本养老保险存在统筹基金缺口和个人账户名义化等问题。为此,必须针对我国养老保险制度存在的问题,按照覆盖广泛、水平适当、结构合理、基金平衡的原则,完善政策和机制,建立适合我国国情,能够实现可持续发展的基本养老保险制度。当前,在稳步扩大基本养老保障覆盖面的同时,应努力促进企业年金和商业养老保险的发展,使之构成完善的养老体系。

The Status of the Aged Care System and Its Developing Direction Afterward in China

The work of aged care system in China has made achievements to a certain extent.However,there still exist such problems as narrow coverage,limited items,low garrantee level,fund shortage and so on.Currently,measures should be taken to expand steadily the care coverarage and increase care items,so as to establish a sustainable aged care system in China.
