| 摘 要： | 当前大学生的心理状况不容乐观,加强大学生心理素质培养迫在眉睫,意义重大。本文根据大学生在大学期间心理发展阶段所具有的不同特点,有针对性的提出心理素质培养策略和方法,旨在提高大学生的整体素质,培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人。
