| 摘 要： | 近年来,飞车抢夺案件在全国各地均有发生并呈愈演愈烈之势,不仅严重侵犯了公民的财产权利,还侵犯了公民的人身权利乃至生命权利。飞车抢夺行为是一种复杂的犯罪行为,在不同的情形下表现出来的社会危害性明显不同,对其定性应该根据不同情形区别对待。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the cases of seizing by fast drivers have happened frequently throughout our country and it is becoming more and more fiercely.The behavior seriously infringed the property rights,personal rights and life rights of citizens.Seizing by fast drivers is a complex criminal behavior,and the social harmfulness of it under different situations is obviously different,therefore we should make a difference between the different situations. |
