| 摘 要： | 随着社会民主发展进程的加快,区域权益和个体利益的扩张也呈现了强化诉求的发展态势。在有的区域或部门,这种民主主张表现得极为张扬和富有个性化,甚至在有的方面已经突破和超出了国家法律所能界定的范畴,法律割据的局面已在一定区域或程度上表现得相当明显。本文从法律割据概念、现实状况、成因、特征等方面进行阐述。
