| 摘 要： | 高等教育的根本任务是培养社会需要的合格人才,而大学生思想政治工作在人才培养过种中发挥着越来越重要的作用。人文关怀和心理疏导,是新时期加强大学生思想政治工作的重要理念和重要工作方法。本文通过分析新时期大学生的群体特征和思想、行为现状,阐述了人文关怀和心理疏导在大学生思想政治工作中的重要意义。

| Abstract: | The fundamental task of higher education is to train qualified personnel for the society,and ideological and political work is playing a more and more important role in the process of personnel training.Humane care and psychological counseling is both an important concept and a work method to strengthen ideological and political work in the new period.This paper expounds the important significance of humane care and psychological counseling in the ideological and political work for college students by analyzing the characteristics,ideas and behaviors of college students in groups. |
