| 摘 要： | 后勤集团社会化改革是高校加快发展的重大举措,必然要求建立与其相适应的财务管理模式.文章分析了高校后勤集团公司的特点,提出了几点建议,试图建立一个工作效率高、监督力度大、产生信息真实和及时的财务运作机制.
