高校青年教师掌握教学方法探略

摘    要:阐述了高校青年教师掌握教学方法的内外条件。着重论述了青年教师在掌握教学方法中处理好共性与个性、规范化与个体化、传授知识与发展能力、传统性与现代性、教科书与参考书、内容的定性与未定性等几个方面的关系。同时 ,论述了学校建立相应的机制来促进、督促、保障青年教师教学能力的提高。

Abstract:Under internal and external conditions, to master teaching methods young college teachers should correctly handle the relationships between generality and individuality, standardization and individualization, teaching knowledge and developing ability, tradition and modernity, textbooks and reference books as well as determined and undetermined contents in teaching methods. Meanwhile, corresponding mechanisms should be set up to promote, supervise and ensure the enhancement of young college teachers' teaching ability.
