基于模糊分析法的企业资源外包风险研究

资源外包是企业降低成本、取得竞争优势的一种有效经营战略。但盲目的外包不仅达不到上述目的,还会使企业陷入危机和困境。因此,实施企业资源外包前对所需外包业务进行详细的风险分析是十分必要的。在对企业资源外包进行分析的基础上,提出了影响资源外包的各项风险因素,如管理风险、技术风险、不确定风险、成本风险等,并进一步运用模糊分析法对企业外包风险进行了定量化的分析。

Study on Outsourcing Risk of Corporation Based on Fuzzy Analysis

Outsourcing is an effective strategy to lower cost and gain competitive advantage,however,outsourcing blindly leads to crisis and dilemma instead of reaching the goal of the corporation.So it is necessary to analyze carefully the risk prior to outsourcing.On the basis of analysis of relevant literatures,the risk factors in the following aspects are presented with fuzzy methods in the paper quantitively: management,technology,uncertainty,cost etc.
