我国地方普通高校资源利用效率的DEA测度及其管理对策

通过对全国各地区地方普通高校资源利用效率进行DEA测度,并对非DEA有效决策单元作投入冗余以及产出不足的分析,可以发现,我国地方普通高校资源利用效率相对偏低,且资源利用效率与经济、教育实力不存在显著的正相关关系,更多的可能还是受管理、制度等因素的影响。要提高地方普通高校资源利用效率,应建立以资源利用效率为导向的财政拨款制度;建设节约型学校,降低资源消耗;增强科技创新能力,提高产出水平。

The DEA Measure of Resources Utilization Efficiency in Local Colleges and Universities and Management Strategies

The result can be found that the resources utilization efficiency of the local colleges and universities in China is relatively low,and it is not significant positive correlation with the strength of the economy and education,may still be under the influence of the system and management factors,by the DEA measure of resources utilization efficiency in local colleges and universities,and the redundant input and insufficient output analysis of the non-DEA efficient DMUs.Therefore,in order to improve the resource utilization efficiency of the local colleges and universities,we should establish resources utilization efficiency-oriented funding system and abstemous school reducing resource consumption;enhance science and technology innovation ability raise the level of output.
