| 摘 要： | 面对自由主义和社群主义的批评以及理性多元主义的事实,罗尔斯将《正义论》中康德式的个人观念转换为政治的个人观念。政治的个人观念是"政治的",而不是形而上学的,它是以特殊的方式界定了人性观念的基本内涵。罗尔斯政治的个人观念即坚持了《正义论》所恢复的规范政治哲学的基本路线,又规避了关于人的本性的形而上学。由此,罗尔斯的个人观念转换开启了一个政治哲学人性理论研究的当代视角。

| Abstract: | In the face of the criticism of liberalism and communitarianism,as well as the truth of reasonable pluralism,Rawls exchanged the Kantian conception of the person in A Theory of Justice into the political conception of the person.The political conception of the person is "political",not metaphysical;it limits the basic meaning of the conception of human nature on its especial way.Rawls’ political conception of the person insisted on the basic path of normal political philosophy in A Theory of Justice and avoided metaphysics about human nature.So the conversion of Rawls’ conception of the person opened a today’s visual angle of the research on the theory of human nature of political philosophy. |
