| 摘 要： | 鲁迅与林语堂作为现代文学史上的两位幽默大师,对幽默文学的创作和研究都做出了巨大的贡献。他们都认同幽默文学的社会价值,且都对幽默文学进行了探讨,对中国究竟有无幽默文学看法不一。在创作中对幽默文学的社会功能体现也不同。不同的原因是二人在文学观念上存在较大差异。后来的评论者对两人的创作褒贬有别,这在一定程度上对林语堂是有失公允的。
