| 摘 要： | 清末新政期间，清政府掀起编练新军的热潮，地处西北一隅的新疆编练成暂编陆军第35协和伊犁混成协两支新式陆军。新疆新车编练过程中存在诸多的掣肘性因素，成军历程曲折繁杂。新疆编练新军成效显著，其内部机制展现其现代化特征，成为清末新军中不可缺少的一环。新疆新军编练对于辛亥新疆时局影响至深且巨。
