| 摘 要： | 从TBT理性化的内涵入手,分别评析了TBT理性化的三大主要路径——谈判、标准化、互认的可行性, 指出TBT的理性化路径虽然有着为数不少的选择,但要真正探索一条完全理想的理性化路径还比较困难,并且需一定的时间。

| Abstract: | As the cutting down of tariff and traditional non-tariff measures is getting popular, TBT has gradually become a more and more important trade restriction and trade protection measure. The exploration of breaking TBT and rationalization of TBT has been brought up in the past years. Negotiation and standardization, accreditation are the three main TBT rationalization options, so the analysis and research on them have great significance. The thesis begins with the connotation of TBT rationalization and analyses the feasibility of each route. |
