| Abstract: | Based on medium and long term plans for Shanghai's land reservation and rail transport,the significance of systematic combination of rail transport with land reservation is analyzed. Through study of quantitative analysis of incremental profit from land surrounding rail transport station, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the range, way and occasion of land reservation implementation in combination of rail transport. |
