| 摘 要： | 随着中国互联网业的迅猛发展,"公民新闻网"成为了我们日益关注的新闻术语.越来越多的普通受众通过"公民新闻网"的形式传播他们周边的新闻事件、发表自己的观点.由于互联网领域"把关人"的缺失,"公民新闻网"在言论自由的同时出现了不少问题.在这种过分自由的网络"拟态环境"下对"公民新闻网"规制,既是可行的,又是必然的.
