语法教学在英语教学中的发展趋势

本文旨在通过对语法教学在英语教学中的历史回顾,以及它在我国大学英语教学中的现状分析,探讨了语法教学在我国未来大学英语教学中的发展趋势。笔者认为,把明示性语法教学与暗示性语法教学相结合,把传统语法知识与功能性语法知识相结合、以学习者为中心,把语法教学与听、说、读、写相结合将是未来语法教学的发展方向。明暗法结合有助于把外显知识与内隐知识结合,使前者向后者转化;传统语法知识会提高学习者的语言精确性,功能性语法知识会提高学习者的语感,即语用交际能力,二者相辅相成;与听、说、读、写相结合避免了传统语法教学的被动与单调,而以学习者为中心可充分调动他们的积极性和主动性。
