瑜伽在中长跑恢复训练中的运用

摘    要:中长跑训练运动量大,负荷大,单调重复容易造成机体生理和心理的疲劳。把瑜伽练习运用到中长跑运动的恢复训练中,使运动员在恢复训练后身心完全放松,产生超量恢复,有利于不断地加大负荷,促使运动成绩提高。

Abstract:the heavy loads of middle-distance race training often induced the physical and mental fatigue.Use yoga exercise into the recovery training of middle-distance race,could help athletes relax finely in body and mind,facilitated the overrestoration,make for increased training load continuously and enhance physical performance.
