| 摘 要： | 江苏造船业产权改革现状表现为混合所有和形式多样;特色主要表现为因企而异、各展其长、稳步推进和产权结构多元化;对进一步深化江苏造船业产权改革所涉及到的问题,如产权的严格保护、产权的顺畅流转和产权结构的进一步优化等进行了思考。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the current situation of property right reform of Jiangsu shipbuilding industry and points out that the current shipbuilding industry property right reform situation in Jiangsu is various forms of mixture of all property rights.The featuresare as follows;different enterprises have different reforms;each enterprise takes advantage of its own speciality and carries out the reform stadily;there are various forms of property right structures.The paper also talks about how to deepen the reform,involving strict protection of property rights,smooth circulation of property rights and further optimization of property rights,etc. |
