中小企业技术创新问题初探

中小企业在我国国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。随着我国加入 WTO,中小企业技术创新面临资金短缺、人才缺乏、技术研究与开发经费投入不足等问题 ,激励机制欠缺、中介服务薄弱等因素也制约着中小企业的发展。对此 ,应拓宽融资渠道 ,完善人才资源管理机制 ,国家对中小企业应给予政策上的支持 ,通过产学研相结合的技术联盟和完善的创新服务网络 ,达到中小企业的技术创新。

Preliminary Study on Technological Innovation in Small and Middle-sized Enterprises

Small and middle sized enterprises play an important role in our national economy. After China' WTO entry, small and middle-sized enterprises will face the challenge of fund and talent shortage for their technological innovation, inadequate capital investment for technological research and development. Factors, such as lack of incentive mechanism and the weak medi-services, etc., will restrict the development of small and middle-sized enterprises. Therefore, we should widen financing channels, perfect the mechanism of management of talent resource; the government should offer policy support to small and middle-sized enterprises. Through the integration of industries, teaching, research and perfect innovation service network, technological innovation could be achieved in small and middle-sized enterprises
