高师院校素质教育管理系统优化略论

素质教育是当代教育主流板块，高师院校素质教育应主动提高教育有效性，即：一是高度重视优化教育观念，树立全面实施素质教育的教育观、质量观、人才观；二是加速优化关键环节，全面优化素质教育管理系统相关层面；三是积极优化素质教育运作机制，尽快形成有中国特色的可持续发展的开放式创新型高师院校素质教育管理模式，有机地融入中国充满生机活力的高教体系。

ON THE OPTIMIZATION OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF COMPETENCE EDUCATION IN TEACHERS COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES

Providing competence education is the main trend in current education,competence education in teachers colleges and universities should improve educational effectiveness on its own initiative.Firstly,it is to pay more attention to the optimization of the educational view and establish the educational sense,quality sense and talent sense.Secondly,it is to speed up the key link of the optimization and to wholly optimize the relative levels of the management system of competence education.Thirdly,it is to actively optimize the operational mechanism,quickly develop the quality management model in teachers colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics, sustainable development and open door creation,and then organically mix these together into the lively Chinese higher education system.
