| 摘 要： | 制度性因素可以导致集群发展的分化,辽宁丹东与盖州的柞蚕纺织产业集群发展印证了这一点。针对辽宁柞蚕纺织产业集群分布的地区优势,建议整合资源,给予相应政策扶持;延伸柞蚕纺织产业链条;借力桑蚕丝织品销售网络和渠道;展开国际间技术合作,以便节约集群企业交易成本,促进集群的可持续发展。
