| 摘 要： | 通过对当前高等院校师生价值观现状比较分析，可以看出当前教师的价值观状况在很大程度上影响了大学生的价值观状况；因此，我们必须采取措施提高教师队伍的思想政治素质，这样才能从根本上改善我国高校思想政治教育的内部环境，走出德育教育的困境。

| Abstract: | On the basis of comparison and analysis of the current f aculty and students view of value, this paper puts forwards that students view of value is affected by that of teacher's, in a large degree. Therefore, we must take measures to im prove the teachers' quality of ideology and politics, so that inner environmenta l of ethic and political education of university can be fundamentally improved a nd shakes off the Delia of ethic education. |
