摘    要:中国古代美术批评所使用的概念范畴不同于西方美术批评中的模仿、空间、再现、表现、抽象等术语,中国批评家在进行书法艺术和绘画艺术的批评实践中,产生和运用诸如象、意、形、神等基本概念,探索这些概念的内在意义及将其转换到当代艺术批评中,是建立中国本土美术批评学的任务之一。

Abstract:The basic categories used in ancient Chinese art criticism differ with these terminologies in the western art criticism. such as imitation, space, resurgence, manifest, abstract etc, Chinese critics have created and used the following items such as image, meaning, form and spirit in their calligraphic and painting criticism. As a result, it is one of the tasks for Chinese critics to explore the connotations of these categories and apply them into actual criticism so as to establish a complete discipline of Chinese art criticism.
