试论邓小平人才思想的萌芽与形成

邓小平人才思想在抗日战争、解放战争、社会主义改造和早期社会主义建设实践的复杂艰难条件下初步萌芽:表现为倡导文艺人才培养、抵制日本侵略者的文化奴化活动,多渠道发现培养人才、有力配合人民解放战争主线,强调合理培养使用干部技术人才、为基础设施建设服务;改革开放以后,邓小平形成了上升至宏观层面的系统的人才思想:表现为人才是现代化建设成败的关键、“科学技术是第一生产力”,“尊重知识,尊重人才”、重视教育,选好、培养好党和国家的优秀接班人。

A Preliminary Study of the Embryo and Formation of Deng Xiaoping's Thought of Talents

Deng Xiaoping' s thought of talents constitues an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory. This article makes a preliminary study of the embryo, formation and development of Deng Xiaoping' s thought of talents from a dynamic angle. It points out the significant role of Deng Xiaoping' s thought in selecting, developing and using talents during the different periods of China' s socialist revolution, transformation and construction. Also, it stresses that Deng Xiaoping' s thought of talents, formulated after reform and opening - up, embodies many important ideas: (1) talents are the key to China' s modernization drive; (2) "science and technology are the primary productive forces ; (3) respect knowledge and intellectuals ; (4) attach great improtance to education; (5) select and train outstanding successors for the Party and the State.
