农村城市化源动力研究

要提高农民收入和农业生产效率 ,必须减少直接从事农业产业的农民数量。农村城市化是实现这一目标的必然选择。农村城市化的真正源动力 ,不是表面上的经济发展水平 ,而是决定经济发展水平高低的资源要素禀赋结构和考虑决策目标的制度安排。为此 ,本文分析了几种主要制度安排对经济发展水平和城市化的影响 ,并提出了相关制度安排的政策建议。

Study on the Original Forces of Rural Urbanization

This paper points out that the number of farmers must be diminished to improve the farmers'income and efficiency of agriculture. The urbanization is the only way to reach these goals. The original forces of urbanization are the resources'structure and the institution arrangment which is determined by the governments'goals while not economic development level. This paper also analyses the influence of key institution on the ecnomic development level and urbanization,and finally gives some suggestion to improve our institution.
