| 摘 要： | 北洋政府时期的经济政策对中国经济和法制的现代化转型起到了关键性作用。北洋政府的经济立法虽有很多缺陷,但在当时复杂的历史背景下,其在近代中国现代化转型中的历史进步作用是不可忽视的;可以说,北洋政府的经济立法在当时多种历史作用的共同张力下,直接促进了中国由传统走向现代。

| Abstract: | The Northern Government＇s economic legislation has played a key role in modernizing Chinese economy and legal system.Based on the analysis of the Northern Government＇s economic legislation and the result it produced,the paper points out that despite the defects of the Northern Warlords Government＇s economic legislation the historical role it played had boosted China＇s modernization. |
