论统一战线在扩大公民有序政治参与中的作用

扩大公民有序政治参与是我国经济社会发展到一定阶段的必然要求;统一战线空前的广泛性、巨大的包容性、鲜明的多样性和显著的社会性特点,使它在扩大公民有序政治参与中有着独特的优势和作用;统一战线应通过扩大统战工作的对象而扩大公民政治参与的主体,发挥自身优势为拓宽公民政治参与渠道提供制度平台,通过化解矛盾,疏导民意,以避免无序的政治参与。

The Function of the United Front in Extending Citizens' Regular Participation in Government and Political Affairs

As China's economic society has developed to a certain stage,it is a necessary requirement for it to extend its citizens' regular participation in government and political affairs,and the United Front,with its unprecedented extensive,comprehensive,multiple and social representation as its main characteristics,has just its unique advantages in playing a unique role in this respect.That is,it must enlarge the main body of the citizens' participation in government and political affairs and provide an institutional platform to this end by making full use of its own advantages,while disorderly participation must be done away with by means of dissolving conflicts among the people, and minimizing the differences of the public opinion.
