多种供应链环境下我国西部制造企业的发展机遇与运作管理策略

Opportunities and Operation Strategies for West-China Manufacturing Enterprises in a Multiple Supply Chain Environment

The implementation of West China Development strategy provides manufacturers of the region good opportunities.In recent years,the manufacturing industry has been witnessing an increasing trend of globalization,and the national strategy of low-carbon economic development requires of manufacturers a higher social responsibility.In this context,the supply chain environment of manufacturing enterprises is changing dramatically,posing challenges as well as opportunities for West China manufacturing enterprises.This paper discusses the opportunities presented by such a multiple supply chain environment,and suggests a series of operation strategies for this new situation.
