| 摘 要： | 英语中,调核的位置一般情况下落在语调组的最后一个词义较强的实词的重读音节上,但如果需要,它可以放在语调组中任何一个实词上,使其具有表态功能、强调对比功能、语法功能、表义功能和用以表示一系列信息单位之间某种逻辑关系的话语分析功能,并对英语言语交际产生影响.

| Abstract: | Nucleus is the tonic syllable of the most prominent word in the tone group.The location of nucleus is of considerable linguistic importance.The most common position of nucleus is on the last lexical word of the tone group.However,if the context requires,it is possible to depart from the normal pattern by shifting the focus to other words to express attitudinal function,accental function,grammar function,sementic function and certain logical relations between successive information units in a discourse,and influence the result of communication. |
