我国中小企业危机管理研究

我国的企业危机管理尚处于起步阶段，危机处理能力不足会导致危机发生时无法进行及时反应进而不能采取有效措施消除危机造成的危害，会给企业造成严重的损失。中小企业危机管理的核心是建立完善的危机管理体系，因此企业在管理中强化危机意识，并有针对性地培养危机管理的人才，完善危机管理流程和信息传递路径，从而构建完备的危机管理系统。

On Crisis Management of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China

Crisis management in China is still in the initial stage, has not formed a structure optimization, effi- cient crisis management team. Small and medium-sized enterprises are influenced by many factors, the ability of identification and handling the crisis are low so that harm resulted in the lack of timely response and take ef- fective measures to eliminate the crisis, resulting in serious losses to the enterprise. This paper puts forward countermeasures of crisis management of small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of analyzing the rea- sons of the specific problems of crisis management in small and medium-sized enterprises.
