| Abstract: | The cumulative voting system is of great importance to the improvement of corporate governance and the realization of justice among shareholders. However, the company law in oar country only includes some principle regulations regarding the concerning matters, which is far from adequate in law-making and other practical operations. In this view,we should learn the legislation experence of other countries,and apply differ- ent molds of cumulative voting system according to different corporate forms, meanwhile, relevant suggestions to further perfect the system are put forward. |
