多党合作与政治协商制度在新时期的理性完善

党的十八大报告指出，坚持以中国共产党为主导的多党合作制度。随着世界经济一体化，历史已经进入到一个新的发展时期，作为爱国统一战线形式之一的政治协商制度面临着种种挑战。新时期的全球化驱使着这一制度与时俱进，不断完善，逐步走向规范化、制度化和民主化。在实现跨越式发展的同时，理性地思考这一制度存在的问题并加强创新其运行机制，在完善党的自身建设的基础上，对政治协商制度进行改革和创新，使多党合作的优势充分发挥出来，建设有中国特色的政治协商制度。

Perfect of Multi-party Cooperation and Political Consultation in the New Period

The Eighteenth Congress has pointed out that the Communist Party of China leaded multi-party co- operation and political consultation system is one of the basic policies of our country. After new China has crea- ted, communist party and democratic parties of China has always been cooperated with the basic principle that supervised each other and helped each other. During the development progress, this political system also devel- oped with time and continuously made great reform. This system has been driven to be normalized, institutional- ized and democratized. At the same time, it needs a philosophizing ideal to solve the problems it possesses and enhances the new operating mechanism, the superiority of the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system should be presented on the basis of the self-construction of communist party, and build the policy with Chinese characteristics.
