| 摘 要： | 技术作为人的最基本的在世方式，是人类实践活动最重要、最核心的内容，是合规律性与合目的性的统一，由此决定了技术的二重性特征—-自然属性和社会属性，而技术的社会属性正是技术负荷价值的根源所在，这一观点在亨利·福特的T型车以及网络技术的产生与发展过程中得到了充分的体现。
