| 摘 要： | 高校学报编辑工作量化考核是考核学报编辑工作的一种手段,但在实际操作中存在着一定的难度。本文主要分析量化考核与编辑工作之间存在的问题,同时指出编辑工作是一种综合性的深层次劳动,其不仅需要有数量指标的考核,而且还应结合质量指标来整体考核。

| Abstract: | Quantized assessment of the editor's work in the academic journal board is a measure for assessing editing work of the journal. But there exist some problems in the actual operations. This paper mainly analyzes the problems that exist between quantized assessment and the editing work. At the same time, it points out that editing work is a kind of integrative and deep oriented labor, which needs not only the numerical criteria assessments, but also the overall assessments of quality criteria. |
