《金匮要略》教学中若干问题的思考

摘    要:把《金匮要略》定位成“临床基础”学科不尽合理,据其临床性质,加之一直沿用的四大经典称法,应称之为“临床经典”;对于《金匮》一直存在着的方药度量衡问题,据仲景用药量重味寡的特点,应采信柯雪凡等人的研究结果; 对于《金匮》教学内容问题,宜突出学科特点与性质,既非基础文献课,也有别于中医内科等临床学科;此外,因材施教渐成突出的问题,也应引起足够的重视。

Abstract:It is not quite reasonable to consider Medical Treasures of the Golden Chamber as a subject of "clinical basis , and the author proposes to consider it as a "clinical classic based on its clinical nature and the nomenclature of other medical classics. As far as the weights and measures of medicinal herbs is concerned , research results of Ke Xuefan should be adopted. The teaching of the classic should be focused on the feature and nature of the subject and the teaching should be different from that of other subjects of TCM internal medicine. In addition, enough attention should be given to teaching students in accordance of their aptitude.
