新经济发展理念下的民族经济融合——实现中国各民族共同繁荣的新视角

实现各个民族之间"事实上的平等"作为中国民族政策的目标,其实质是消除各民族间的结构性差异;实现这一目标的根本途径是培育相对落后民族的经济自主增长能力。为此,中国的民族经济政策应该在总结和借鉴国内外经验的基础上进行调整;其方向是把民族经济融合作为制定政策的新视角,引导相对落后民族利用文化资源参与市场竞争,以推动各民族经济交往关系的结构性变化。

Integration of National Economy——New Angel to Realize Mutual Prosperity of Nationalities

The essence of the objective of China's nationality Policy,realizing the "defacto equality" between nationalities,is to diminish the structural differences exist in various nationalities.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to cultivate the self-improving ability for comparatively less-developed nationalities.Therefore Chinese National Economy Policy needs to be adjusted through summarizing and studying internal and international experience.It is to take national economy integration as the new angel to constitute policies,lead less-developed nations to take part in market competition with cultural resources,and further impulse the reformation of national economy inter-exchange relations.
