| 摘 要： | 文章以业主维权运动为线索,尝试揭示中国社会转型过程中特定群体认同即业主社会认同的塑造过程。在新兴的商品房社区,通过市场上的购房行为而形成社区群体的业主,互相之间缺乏先在的地缘、业缘连带,而维权运动凸显了业主群体的共同命运和共同利益,提供了建构业主社会认同的契机。

commodity housing community , the homeowners , who constitute a community g roup through market house purchasing
, lack prior bonds based on space o r o ccupa tio n.However , the rights pro tests w hich highlight homeowners'' sharing
fate and collective benefit provide a chance to construct homeow ners'' social identity . |
