青少年亲社会行为测评维度的建立与验证

本研究基于亲社会行为概念的原型分析结果,对青少年群体认同的亲社会行为的维度结构进行了探索和验证,旨在为开发测评工具提供依据。结果验证了青少年亲社会行为的概念维度结构由利他性、遵规与公益性、关系性以及特质性构成;以该结构为依据建构测评维度,其信度指标符合测量学要求;验证性因素分析的结果表明,构成测评维度的四因子模型与数据的拟合性良好;效标测试结果表明,四个维度的效标效度也良好。
