| 摘 要： | 正确处理人民内部矛盾是一个永恒的话题。邓小平从新的历史时期的实际出发 ,重新确立了正确处理人民内部矛盾是国家政治生活的主题的指导思想 ,厘清和纠正了人民内部矛盾问题上的一些模糊、错误的观点和方法 ,为人民内部矛盾理论体系的深化丰富、发展创新 ,作出了不可替代的杰出贡献。
